10 Jaar Airborne Battle Wheels Oosterbeek
De stichting ABWO draagt bij aan de jaarlijkse Airborne herdenkingen in Oosterbeek en Arnhem door onder meer de Race to the Bridge te organiseren. Ook levert de ABWO oude militaire voertuigen om veteranen rond te rijden door de dorpen van de gemeente Renkum. Een hoogtepunt was de 60e herdenking in 2004 en dat jaar bereikte het aantal deelnemers een record van 300. Helaas kon het kampterrein in de Bilderberg bossen niet meer gebruikt worden en in maart 2005 heeft de ABWO een geheel nieuw kampterrein kunnen reserveren langs de Utrechtseweg in Oosterbeek op het terrein van de Jan Pieter Heije. Dit fotoboek is samengesteld ter gelegenheid van het 10-jarig bestaan van de ABWO.

The ABWO foundation contributes by taking part in the Arnhem Commemorations: the Race to the Bridge and to supply old WW II military vehicles to tour the veterans through all the villages of the Renkum community. A highlight was the 60th Commemoration. The number of participants rose to a record 300 in 2004. Sadly the camp site at the Bilderberg could no longer be used and in March 2005 the ABWO books a new large camp site in the grounds of the Jan Pieter Heije along Utrechtseweg at Oosterbeek. This souvenir booklet was produced to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of the ABWO.
